You will receive an order confirmation via email. Each piece is handmade so please allow 10-14 days to receive your order if you choose shipping by regular mail. Orders are packed very carefully in a sturdy cardboard box, and will be sent out via ground shipping. Orders over $500 will be sent via UPS at no additional charge. UPS Shipping We offer a variety of UPS Shipping options Next Day Air - Early AM Next Day Air Next Day Air Saver 2nd Day Air Refunds and Returns You may return any unworn merchandise for a store credit. Please package the item(s) securely and include the packing slip received with the product indicating the reason for the return for an exchange. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. If the item was a gift you may receive a credit towards Dana Blair designs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please insure your package when returning. Merchandise credit cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged. Custom orders are non-refundable.
